Wolf Financial ("Wolf Financial," "we," "us," or "our") is an independent insurance brokerage located at 4330 Augusta Rd, Lexington, South Carolina 29073. We hold South Carolina Insurance License #22097118 and are a member of the Lexington Chamber of Commerce.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you interact with Wolf Financial through any of the following:
- Our primary website at wolffinancialsc.com and all sub-pages, including but not limited to: mortgage protection, final expense, term life, whole life, Indexed Universal Life (IUL), Section 162 Executive Bonus Plans, fixed annuities, fixed indexed annuities, 401(k) and IRA rollovers, tax-advantaged retirement planning, the SC Foreclosure Crisis report, and all partner pages.
- Any quote request, contact form, risk assessment, custom report generator, or calendar booking widget embedded on our pages.
- Phone calls, text messages, email, or in-person meetings at our Lexington office.
- Any referral introduction through a Wolf Financial partner (realtor, CPA, attorney, or other professional).

Wolf Financial uses SMS text messaging to communicate with clients and prospects who have provided a mobile phone number and consented to receive text communications.

Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to receive quotes or work with Wolf Financial through other channels.
Mobile opt-in data is never shared. Wolf Financial does not share, sell, or rent mobile opt-in data or consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
Sharing & Disclosure of Your Information
Wolf Financial does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own marketing purposes. Ever.

- Business transfers — in the event of a merger or acquisition, with notice to you.
Partner Referrals (Realtors, CPAs, Attorneys)
Wolf Financial maintains relationships with real estate agents, CPAs, and attorneys who refer clients to us and to whom we refer clients.
- Inbound referrals: Partners share your name and contact info with your knowledge and consent.
- Outbound referrals: We share only necessary information for the introduction, with your consent.
- No paid referral marketing: We do not sell lead information to partners.
Data Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards:
- SSL/TLS encryption on all pages (HTTPS).
- Secure, access-controlled CRM platform (GoHighLevel) with encryption in transit and at rest.
- Role-based access limited to staff who need the data.

- Prospect inquiries (no policy placed): retained for follow-up and archived for business records.

- SMS consent records: minimum four years per TCPA and FCC rules.
You may request earlier deletion at any time subject to legal retention requirements.
